If your order is urgent, please get in touch with us ASAP so we’ll be able to do our best in expediting the delivery.
Domestic Deliveries (Australia):
We deliver our products using Australia Post.
Standard Post:
Flat rate of $10.00 (free for orders over $120!)
Your order will be packed as soon as possible (generally within 2 – 3 business days)
Delivered to you between 2 – 8 business days depending on your location from WA
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to Australia and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or unforeseeable circumstances for which we will not be responsible.

International Deliveries:
Sorry, we do not currently offer international shipping at this time.
Return & Refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us ASAP.
If we have made an error on our part, we will happily rectify the situation at no cost to you.
If there are other reasons for your dissatisfaction, please get in contact with us so we can provide you with a returns authorisation. You have 14 calendar days to request a refund or a return of a product. To be eligible for a refund, you will need to return the item in question to us with its receipt/proof of purchase, unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. The cost of this return shipment will be your own.
The team will confirm the returned goods are in appropriate resale condition and once checked, your refund or exchange will be processed in the original method of payment.
Please note that the cost of the initial shipping is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund.
